I provide general employment law advice to SMEs across different sectors on an ongoing basis. This support is given to HR directors, other HR professionals and business owners. I advise on matters such as employment contracts and policies, bonuses, disciplinary and grievance procedures, flexible working, maternity and paternity rights and other family rights, performance management, restrictive covenants and confidentiality, redundancy and restructuring, discrimination allegations, whistleblowing, TUPE and data protection.
I represent employers in the Employment Tribunal, defending claims brought by employees. I also handle litigation in the High Court in relation to bonus disputes and cases concerning restrictive covenants and confidentiality including when injunctive relief is sought.
