I have founded Lombards, a specialist employment law firm in the City, and advise all clients through the firm.
My usual charge out rate is £400 plus VAT per hour.
Prior to setting up Lombards, I gained knowledge and experience at various employment law firms, including spending six years at a well known City employment law firm. I also worked as a consultant at a commercial law firm in Holborn for a number of years.
I handle all employment law matters including litigation in the Employment Tribunal and other Courts.
I also regularly write articles and guides for employers and employees.
I act for employers on a whole range of HR matters including redundancy and restructuring, restrictive covenants, discrimination issues, whistleblowing, managing performance, grievance and disciplinary procedures and TUPE.
I act for employees, regularly advising senior executives and directors on settlement agreements, redundancy and restructuring, exit strategies and compensation packages, bonuses, unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants, whistleblowing and discrimination.
